SWEET MEMORIES

These are photos of Deshawn's loving parents, Evangelist Angelita Muldrow and her Husband, and Morgan's parents, Maria and Elder Morgan Alfred, Sr. Amazingly all three families fought vigorously to make sure Durran, the driver and only survivor of the accident, didn't spend time in prison. And trust me, that wasn't an easy task. For when your love ones are killed, rather accidentally or deliberately, you feel as though you're suddenly thrown onto an emotional roller coaster that won't stop to let you off! And the more you scream the faster it goes! And all you want is to get off, NOW! Your emotions can fluctuate from extreme anger, wherein you just want to lash out at someone or something, to extreme mercy, where all you want is for that individual to exemplify sincere remorsefulness, with a heartfelt apology. Truthfully, none of us knows how we'll respond to a tragedy until it occurs. And I believe that the real essence of our character can be measured by how we endure our greatest conflicts. Because anyone can react with good character when life is treating them well. But the real crucial test of our true character is exhibited by our spontaneous actions in the mist of our worst storms. And although we all share the same unimaginable pain and heartache that we'll have to suffer for the rest of our lives, ultimately we all exemplified God's true forgiveness in the mist of our greatest trial. And I absolutely realize that it had to be God's Grace and Mercy. And To God Be The Glory. SPEEDING: Approximately
6.2 million reported crashes occurred in 2004. Speeding - defined
as exceeding the posted speed limit or driving too fast for conditions
- is a factor in nearly one-third of all fatal crashes. Speed
reduces the amount of available time needed to avoid a crash,
increases the likelihood of crashing and increases the severity
of a crash once it occurs. The public needs to be made more aware
of the dangers of speeding. If we are to combat this dangerous,
life-threatening behavior, we must devote increased resources
to better enforcement, including more law enforcement officers
to patrol the highways, and we must support technological advances,
such as video cameras (also known as "photo radar"),
to target aggressive, speeding drivers.
OUR LIVES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT YOU!
